I was sad, I did not find the comment "this sucks, I tried to play a musical with air but it does not spell her," yet I have long believed.
In short, this mandolin is therefore a good quality product, cutting it (yes, this is his first feature) so be careful when using it.
Cutting vegetables such as carrot, eggplant, potato, etc ... is clean, fast, efficient, no complaints.
The fact that the mandolin is modular is a very good point, hygienic and practical.
However, the julienne module is not very practical ... if you want to make julienne, a good knife will be more effective. For the module to be fried, I do not eat, so I have not tested, so I can not judge.
The blade is positioned rather low for my taste, but does not prevent its use.
Last point: the famous vegetable to push is not necessarily simple to use, indeed ... but it's the same on ALL mandolins.
To conclude: I am not disappointed with this purchase, it saves me a lot of time in the cup of my vegetables, it is ultimately all that I ask.
