After a first shipment that never arrived and several contacts (chat and email) with Amazon, a second shipment was achieved at the expense Amazon within one business day. The machine is installed and, at first glance, works perfectly. The ice making is, however, slower than advertised. Two to three hours to fill the tank into small cubes.
