Sherlock Holmes Crazy and getting better

I played well all previously released games of Sherlock developer Frogwares and am therefore familiar with the problems of the predecessor. Below I will highlight the positive and the negative aspects and impressions,
so that everyone can get an idea itself.

The technical aspects:
Early in the game stands out the biggest change in the eye: the graphics. The textures, lighting effects, reflections leave the game world so vivid effect than ever before. In addition, the scenes seem incredibly vivid thanks to the attention to detail of the developers and create a realistic atmosphere of that time. In terms of graphics, only the animations are not always liquid. Comparing this with a game like LA Noire, then pulls Sherlock Holmes: C & P clearly lose out. Although the soundscape seems coherent, but some noises are not properly coordinated with the environment: Sometimes footprints sometimes the surrounding noise is too loud, too quiet. But this is whining at a high level. In many cases, has been criticized here, that Sherlock Holmes: C & P only exists in English speech with English subtitles. I can understand the annoyance. However, it is from the perspective of the developer certainly make have made sense only a setting, especially since nowadays the English language is everywhere. In addition, the English speaker do their job excellently: they speak slowly and clearly. With subtitles, you can follow my opinion even as a layman in the English conversations. Ultimately, the English language is simply essential for a Sherlock Holmes. In Victorian London no other language adapts as good as the English.

The playful part:
In the game there are seven cases to solve which are not related to each other. This bothers no means the atmosphere and adds variety. An important advantage is the flow of play. I barely had when I was not getting points. Man still wants to take the next step and stop afterwards. By the flow of the game, however, this tactic is not always on. So you can lose several hours in the game. The stories themselves are varied and creative. A highlight is the different moral choices. At the end of a case one has a moral choice: Arrested one example the killer or allowed to operate it.? These choices make a world alive. Another icing is the evidence linking. This is illustrated in the form of synapses. Based on the evidence we present on theories. Depending on how we interpret a theory always arise that lead us to our destination later other braids.

Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments in my opinion is a revolutionary advancement from previous parts. It seems as if the developers believed the errors and minimize them. New elements provide an unprecedented detective game.

PS: Many reviews refer only to technical aspects of the installation and not the game itself. I do not think it justified a review only moor by the fact that a game does not start on an older laptop or no Internet connection to Steam can be built.
