But it's written very authentic and very close despite plain language. I could see the feelings and thoughts of the protagonist understand very well and maybe even understand anseitsweise.
The interaction with the male protagonist was very touching, remarkable and perhaps even temporarily given me faith in humanity again.
Probably best of all I liked the end. In this form of reading, I expect quasi already a little pink, quietschiges happy ending, so Alà love makes everything heal. But far from it. The book, it leaves the reader how it must interpret the final pages. It is very open and may be positive, as are also perceived negatively.
Either way, I had to cry bitterly and I for myself have come to no conclusion, what might happen afterwards.
I read the book in the original, and assume that is probably best seen in the simplicity of style and voice in the original. I'm fully excited - even if the word seems a bit incongruous. Let's call it very satisfied with the offered reading. Highly Recommended.
