I have bought this yogurt maker expectant and very looking forward to it, because it works without electricity. The disillusionment came quickly, my Kefir was inedible and my 'yoghurt' an aqueous mush. I mean, to have kept me exactly to the instructions, but as many of the reviewers had recorded no failures, it is very likely that I still get it wrong. Conclusion: I want success guarantee and no milk waste! If such a simple device contains so much potential for error, it is not for me! And certainly not for many other contemporaries ;-)
