Sigur Ros is Iceland - Iceland's Sigur Ros

I want to give you just a small declaration of love on my part to this album. In the summer I was for 2 weeks in Iceland and saw this beautiful island.

When we went to the all-wheel to Þórsmörk, I have sometimes heard the album Ágætis Byrjun. It's like with Italian wine. The same wine tastes in Italy simply different than in Germany. As soon as I for example the song Viorar Vel Til loftarasa Listen, I'm just on the heart. This song is really not so much feeling and you see the island in a different way. A memory remains for life, this song I'll long no longer able to separate from Iceland for my life. This song is for me Iceland.

Each linked certain songs with certain situations in life. Who is this album (it does not have the song Viorar Vel Til loftarasa be) listening, may perhaps imagine how it is in Iceland, but who listens to Iceland, just know that this album is Iceland. I've now all albums by Sigur Ros based (partially even before the holiday and partly after the holiday) and I must say that I no band in the context of Iceland's feeling so technically gone under the skin.

My roots are rather in the electronic field (ie for example GusGus in connection with Iceland), but this kind of music is just amazing and you can see in retrospect again Iceland.
