GAME OF THRONES should really play only six. Somehow, when four players rather deflated (specified in the book 4-player version is always cruel, who has the so waved through in playtesting as a serious option at FFG, belongs to the pillory). Even in the fairest variant Stark Lannister Baratheon Tyrell, ever results in the situation that there are over 10 rounds a "two against two" -Patt on the pitch. If then the Westeros phase run stupid, the game stagnates then completely because no one wants to give the nakedness (well, Tyrell can at this stage quite aggressive act with his generals, but suffers from the disadvantage that the in on their side Find Plans little symbols of power and therefore the house some "influence" problems has). Overall, a somewhat unsatisfactory game situation. Therefore not even the full points, a good game also works with fewer players outstanding.
Six of makes the game a lot more humor. The play materials are used to high quality, the price is okay. For fans of the series & Brett player it is a decent purchase. For hardcore players or board for Diplomacy fans (because the game is based in the Basics) it is not a must.
One point, however, is annoying: the FFG translations are all suboptimal translated and then that stupid rule structure. Employed in any half sets important information or rules to be hidden, you could well be accommodated in a clear written instructions. Suffer from the fact summarizes all Heidelberger games and it just about time - if you have written 30 pages + rules - to write a neat appendix and improve the structure of the phases.
