Customer Review

This is where the story switches. Charred by the hectic pace albums / tours Brian Wilson retired from the group and focuses on studio work. Traumatized by the Beatles work, he did quune obsession: do more, always better. Hearing songs in his head he thinks dedicate (and inspired by) God, he senferme the studio and convene an impressive orchestra which he gives instructions note by note for each instrument, the other Beach Boys nintervenant to ask their voices that once the musical and harmonic foundation in place. The result? THE absolute masterpiece pop!
It's simple, just nest quenchantement in PET SOUNDS. This is the Cathedral larrangement smart and naive at the same time, the soundtrack of arrival in paradise, living the dream dune symphony. And once again, that nest carefully tuned these pieces laspect innocent that reveals all the flavor and complexity.
Nothing is easy in PET SOUNDS, or easily accessible. ALL the pieces are jewels, each with its special atmosphere and its infinite wealth. It is one of those untouchable records that suggest to the listener that his own intelligence plays in the process of assimilation of the music that he listens. One can only complain - or envy, depending on your point of view - those who do not yet possess.
