First Impression:
When unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised, because the processing was tidy condition and there in the price has a quite attractive design.
Also it was very pleasant that a no chemical smell from plastic, or other parts counter hit, as it is with other devices often have been the case.
The instructions are detailed and understandable.
The reason why I give the device just 4, and not 5 star, located in the cleaning, which I still eingehe.
Impression of first use:
I had put on me the device, ie to make mustard itself ... ie I had no desire to work 100g Mustard with a mortar ('ve tested).
The instructions say that one should intervals of max. 30 Sec. comply and then then wait a minute, to prevent the engine on burnout.
That may appear a the or other annoying, and it looks to work well in the length, but it is (in the manual) in intervals mentioned ... therefore here no deduction even with a similar working device from the TV advertising. ..
I had first used the maximum allowable fill level ... but that was a mistake. If you reintut less, the result is fine. This may be because that mustard seeds are very small.
In the end I had definitely a very fine powder which I mustard processed ... whether the taste which is because the device can not be ... but if I'm doing next time which, I suppose from the beginning less grains to obtain an even finer powder.
As regards compliance with the intervals, you realize that it is very important. When processing a lot of heat is released, which emanates from the engine. This can in these small devices cause problems fast times.
As for the leak, I can not fault it. I only had 1x made the mistake to quickly raise the lid, which ground grain was released ... until then I had been able to detect any escaping dusts.
Cleaning:
Here, there is the single trigger, but which is not in the cleaning of the grinding container, but in the lid.
I have the tank cleaned thoroughly before the first use in order to eliminate possible production dusts, or other possible contaminants might call preventive measures ... ... so I have to. sometime learned.
The cover, which did not seem to have been questionable visually, I washed with water, but this was water under the metal ring, which probably serves to protect the plastic from damage. Unfortunately, it takes a long time until you get the out of there. Thus, it can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Otherwise, the parts were easy to clean with a cloth, even if it is not as easy to clean the area of the blades.
CONCLUSION: This is not a long-term test, but the device seems so far to keep its promises. Therefore, I would not regret buying at present.
Should I after a few usages notice a defect, such as one of the speakers described here is that it burns out after a few uses, I will add it here. But I can say that I do (at intervals) very intensively used and nothing happened.
