Disappointing I find now unfortunately the album.
The total of 12 songs (of which, however, 3 purely electronically produced instrumentals) is okay, the price, I think in comparison, but a bit too expensive.
Each song listening is considered on its value. In the production, especially when mixing the electronic instruments (synthesizers), mistakes were made MMN, but for a debut album that's perfectly acceptable.
However, the pieces offer each other little variety. Most sound very similar, both melody and instruments as well as vocals. Even the first original acting use of the synthesizer is boring at the latest after the first half; The Patterns are unfortunately very similar and also the type of application looks a bit unimaginative. They are also compared to the guitars too loud, resulting in some lack of momentum in the song. The consistently very dominant role of electro sounds bothers me also, in some songs it would have made more sense to assign them only a very minor role.
Also mentioned at the beginning of contrast to known and massentauglicheren post-hardcore bands from the USA has been lost. Especially the clean vocals lack originality. Great similarity in singing is for example the recent works of Alexisonfire or Attack Attack!
The texts, however, are per se very well done. Although they are nothing special and probably not very demanding, however well drafted. They often encourage to sing along (or growls), which emphasizes the suitability of live-band.
What the title have to do with the content, but I stoutly mystery.
In summary, I would say that this album really is worth only for genre lovers. For fans of the band who they met mainly by the many live performances, it is more disappointing (which has also been confirmed to me by friends).
Also, I think the price is not appropriate because production quality and scope to be rather low.
Nevertheless, the songs are well done in detail right, who does not listen to the whole album in a row, it will also have his joy.
