1. The supplied software (uCan Connect) is not running on my PC. Have Windows 2008 Server R2 (analog Windows 7). The software finds the device are not installed during all the drivers and the device is shown in Device Manager. Running I have not brought it. But on the old Windows 2008 Server (analog Vista) it runs smoothly. Even the old software GlobeTrotter Connect works with the stick. Funny.
2. The new software has lost the simple and understandable style by former GlobeTrotter Connect. Now she is all black with color-rich icons. Instead of dialogue all is shown in the little window open to the side, then you have to scroll all. Cluttered and not suitable for business.
3. When working the stick heated strongly. Had no problem if I shortly thereafter did not want to get out pick up the SIM card. The materials expand so strong that you can pull out the card holder with the instrument by heat. Construction defect.
4. During the operation I have seen no improvement. Even the predecessor Globesurfer III of only 7.2 Mbit can send data faster.
Have the latest software updates, there are none.
