I knew what I buy, had informed me, read reviews and made me knowledgeable in photo friends.
I'll make it short: I was not disappointed, the quality is very good, I like the arrangement of the ball against the common principle (should be better for the vibration damping), which also adduced my other head, and I like working with one hand. The other holds the camera. A friction adjustment has not the head, I put him in such a way that I can just move the camera and notice if necessary.
My Macros I run mostly from the carriage, while the head is hardly moved, once it is established.
Very good I like doing the big adjustment, along with the rapid change from landscape to portrait mode.
The head carries 5 kg. It should be noted that when tilted camera work with extended telephoto forces that might bring the Magic Mini to its limits. So if a large camera and long lenses goes to work, then you should buy the bigger brother.
I have to fix the camera is screwed nor a holding system with a single click provides me fast backup, but it also goes very well with the thumbscrew of the head. One can later think about what you want to define, and whether that is at all necessary.
Who I recommend this head? Actually, this has already been said, for medium cameras, I have the OMD EM-1 Olympus plan, to a larger macro lens - that sits and stays fixed everything.
Who very often the format changes from high to cross, is well served here.
And people want quality and not (like me) just want to make sense of our own experience. My very first tripod head was just a normal ordinary ball head, which brought me to despair, because the focus was no longer there after establishing where I wanted him. So I had to solve, and adjust the offset einzukalkulieren try again. That bugged me!
From me the product gets full 5 stars.
