Now I stumbled rummaging through this little fan ... I usually do not like to buy such things, because you're actually getting disappointed by such miniature versions of larger appliances. However, the many positive reviews have made me suspicious, and at just 12, - I had a flop may also get over. No sooner said than ordered, 1,5 days later (wow amazon!) Since.
The first thing you notice when you unpack, is the weight of the small device, which with some very solid comes about 530gramm and leaves a good, quality impression.
Processing, just based on the price can really no reason for complaint. The casing is very stable, no cracks or can be bend and the metal grid is well attached to the front.
After switching on the air ca needed to 5-8 seconds to get fully up to speed, and, for 500watt, the little thing makes good heat. The operation sound can be described as "reasonable". The fan whistles or "yelling" unnecessarily loud or high. Of course it's device, like all fans, not silent, but I found it really disturbing in any case.
Positives:
-cut off the tip (in such a small device really important!)
-Small
processed -good & stable
-It is really a fan heater, not only a warm fan.
- The housing remains up on the grid absout cool (you vebrennt Although not on the grid, but it is still quite hot)
Negatives:
Due to the close-meshed heater grid in the device, combined with the small fan, the air flow braked somewhat stronger. This emits the device rather obliquely upward as really forward, but this phenomenon can be observed in all devices with a fan. (Dyson has chosen a different path here, however, costs of these heaters more than 300! So no comparison)
Under or on the desk makes the device a good figure. For heating rooms, it is not recommended except for very small spaces, and not really intended.
All in all I am satisfied with the device, especially considering that it consumes merely about 1/4 the energy of his "great colleague".
