Thus, the player is great, the sound is good (with decent headphones that cheap supplied plugs I put aside the same), the settings with Rockbox are almost boundless. The battery lasts a long time, the device loads easily through a USB connection, the player announces itself as a drive on your computer. The memory can be expanded very reasonably priced with a micro SD.
The clip is useful and does not stop at high stress in tight enough, but I would like to see an additional eyelet for a camera strap. In addition, the permanently attached clip course means a significantly increased thickness, that is, if you do not need to, you carry around with you that for nothing.
The size is really cute ... so not for Grobmotoriker. The writing is thus tend also quite tiny (but it can at least be adjusted generous with Rockbox, no idea if that would work with the Serial Firmware). The display, however, is sharp and colors look really good.
The headphone output is located on the right upper side, which may be impractical for some. The keys are decent (for the size ...) and the operation is simple. The volume buttons are a little clumsy mounted left side, so that you always like to get stuck into the headphone connector on pressing through counter-hold on the other side. The volume can be adjusted very fine in many stages.
Conclusion: If you do not want to spend more than 40 euros (and who wants that in times of cell phones with MP3 players already ...) who gets really nothing better for sport, leisure and traveling. Tip: Rockbox play!
