The MB24 Metz AF-1 corresponds with LZ 24 approximately twice the power of a built-in flash. Certainly not the world - for example, there is the much more powerful but it is possible heavier / larger Metz MB52 AF-1. Use the MB24 for small luggage, if I do not carry around anything, but something will have "light" there. The flash has little functions - but this was known in advance. For illumination at close range it is enough (better than the built-in flash). Compared to the original of Pentax ("AF 200 FG") is here the reflector tilt (vertical), the weight is less (2 battery) and the device overall favorable.
