The Philips SpeedTouch Stabmixer sees another device other brand damn similar, but is a lot cheaper and technically at a similar level. The mixer is really good in the hand, which can sometimes be an advantage when cooking. The elegant design makes course what ago, but is secondary for me, because the functions it depends; and which are outstanding. To mix liquid to hard foods such as nuts, the hand blender is suitable perfect. By ten levels just you have to then try to figure out the right power for each food. If you have that works because the mix ... relatively well. Relatively, because the splash guard around the blade is not always properly folded and because ever fixed, but "wet" foods in combination (nuts, and almonds as a pie crust) are indeed crushed fine, the remains of formation around the blades is but quite badly. But all are only tiny flaws, because overall, the hand blender of very good quality and does its job quietly and orderly. The associated measuring cup / jug would not necessarily have to be, but is a nice gimmick to a convincing kitchen equipment of good quality at a good price!
