Software failure prevents use

After the unit had arrived with almost 2-year-old map data, of course, a new version should it. For this first install a Content Manager from the device. After installation notes that the software is already hopelessly outdated yes and has a new version of her. So everything again from the beginning - after 1 hour it can then go - took Download the map for many hours (overnight). Then loaded an update - at last it should go. Here it is completely gone, the German language for operation and message after the update - after internet research but not an isolated case. New download not possible.
So packed device and return it - to buy to beat evenings with software downloads and hotlines around the ears no Navi to me. It's a joke what Becker expects of the customer. When the unit is shipped already with outdated software and maps, the update should go at least quickly and customer-friendly.
(Only for understanding - so far I had Navigon devices and therefore experience with downloads and updates - so I'm not totally inexperienced user who does everything wrong ...)
