The display is thanks to the large display (not illuminated) easy to read. The individual functions can be operated well and easily with the touch keys; the balance goes after power automatically in the G display, after pressing the corresponding symbol liquids can be measured. The amount in cl / dl appears quite handy if you prepared cocktails and requires little of the individual spirits. For cooking and baking but rather impractical as an indication would certainly be sensible in ml, especially recipes in cookbooks usually specify the liquids in ml.
The weighing results are quite accurate, compared to my other scales there are minimal deviations (each around 1g upwards).
By design, the balance can, in my view rather not compete with the very thin glass scales of other manufacturers (eg Soehnle). It is equipped with a height of 2.2 cm thick and relatively stable through the glass plate quite heavy. The encircling silver stripe looks chic, but is quite wide. The label could be a bit more discreet. The color is not as bright white as in the picture, but rather creamy white (statement of my husband: dirty white). Those who prefer colorful, there is the scale even in bright colors: green, orange and red.
The 4 movable rubber feet on the plastic bottom ensure a firm footing. Thus when using larger bowls that have enough room on the weighing surface, even when weighing of ingredients up to 5 kg, slipping nothing. The glass surface is easy to wipe off with a damp cloth. If the balance is no longer needed, they can be easily hung on the removable plastic hooks.
Practically, the use of normal batteries, no button cells, which can anyway never in the house, when you need them. Use 2 AAA batteries which are included.
