To put it straight to the point, acting the parts solid, are simply glued and the adhesive pads look out durable. I have a test, buy and pursued the temperature difference over my monitoring system. I could not measure reduction. However, to save the honor of the cooling elements should be mentioned that my Raspberry not (!) Is overclocked.
