I had until recently not expected that Millencolin at all put out a new album. Even less I would have thought that "True Brew" whole seven years after the underpowered, watered-down "Machine 15" so strongly fails. The long break seems to have done well the four Swedes. "True Brew" is the best Millencolin album since now ten year old "Kingwood", perhaps even since the 90s. The 13 tracks do not include a failure and no ballad, instead there's finest melodic punk rock. This of course includes the distinctive voice of Nikola Sarcevic and now and then a shot of melancholy. So it may be happy to go in the house Millencolin - most but not again until seven years.
