The message reads: "File corrupted". My 4 year old Samsung BD player plays everything with no problems. This is definitely total botch !!! Amazon Prime runs. The processing is very simple and tinny. The remote control is allebilligstes China plastic and very small and quite unwieldy. I can not recommend the players indeed.
