Ergonomics:
Sony:
Good padding on the ear, and the bracket. No pressure, no contact with the drivers.
Good noise reduction due to the superior cushioning. No sweat of the ears in the earcups
No slipping on the head with rapid head movements due to the angled earcups
AKG:
Also good padding on the ear, but the padding on the strap is harder than the Sony, but still acceptable.
Touch with the drivers there is not even here.
The noise reduction is also the AKG very good, also do not sweat the ears.
The AKG's slip but quite easily, even with something schelleren movements slip the round ears and I'm talking here not of jogging or so.
Sony / AKG:
Both earpieces can only turn, but do not fold, as usual nowadays.
Ergonomics: Point at Sony, though barely.
Connection:
Sony / AKG:
NFC, Bluetooth, Cable. Are both standard and two flap coupling without problems, but the Sony it solves elegant. Since the Sony automatically connects to the BT device if it was ever connected to it, whereas you have to manually connect the AKG ALWAYS.
Connection: Point Sony, due to the better implementation.
BT:
Comes with fast and loud music to its limits and distorts the sound experience tremendously or even breaks off completely, which has nothing to do with the headphones but with the BT technology
Sound quality, probably the most contentious criterion
Sony:
So general. The Sony has more bass, no matter what source it depends.
However one must also set the volume to a loud two stages at the listener will set as the AKG to achieve the same intensity of the music.
Voices are clearly given again, whether listening or phoning in music.
I, unlike some others, there is no difference between music with and without APTX found.
AKG:
Is something Bass poorer, what is similar, especially in fast music genres like dubstep or metal noted
To do that you do not turn up quite as loud as the Sony.
And also on the cable AKG sound is already really huge.
Voices are also displayed clearly.
APTX is supported, unlike Sony, however, I have noticed no difference.
Sound quality: draw, because they really both take nothing, strengths and weaknesses be compensated.
Comfort / operating:
Sony / AKG:
According to up / down, start / stop, BT on / off
Sony:
NFC on / off, music forward / back
Here wins for me quite clearly the Sony, because he a) placing the controls useful and easily accessible, and b) he skipping the the music on the headphones allow a HUGE plus, because I think that I just for the complete with a BT to have control precisely on the handset.
Accessories:
Sony / AKG:
USB charging cable, audio cable Straight, paper manual
Sony: travel case
Accessories: Small point to Sony, for the case, but little more additions would be nice of them.
P / L:
As for me wins the Sony because it is cheaper and provides for more.
Overall rating:
Sony wins for me with 0.5-1 star projection due to the superior ergonomics and he just has a little bit more comfort than the AKG.
Sonically both convince and do a very good, so you do with two phones at the end of the day nothing wrong.
So for both listeners a buy recommendation.
AKG, when you hear more at home via cable.
Sony is beyond even better for use outdoors, on the basis of the controls and ergonomics.
