I wanted here speak briefly on the sound problem. I have spoken with the very friendly customer service from Amazon and pointed to the lack of sound. After a short time, the film is again been available with very good sound quality. The film can therefore be purchased without problems again. The story is not my case therefore 3 stars but is a matter of taste. For the customer service there are 5 star thank you.
