Simple device to use. The soups are cooked and thrown. Compotes are sometimes a little too liquid. But putting a little less water (which I tried to do), it has taken and the bottom and then indeed, cleaning is not easy easy. Apart from this drawback, it is a device which fulfills its office. Cleaning, if done immediately after use; is simple, even if it is regrettable that the tank does not go in the dishwasher. In addition, compact, it does not disfigure on my kitchen counter. I do not regret my purchase.
