Story:
Story ??? Seriously ??? No ... there is not, it also does not need so although a little would have been nice ... unfortunately, a common thread is missing.

Graphics:
Beautiful can not crumple a car. The environments are beautiful if somewhat texturarm. A little more would have been nice, however, seems to be there went the compromise between speed and representation possible. One can very well live with it. The cars look very nice, the other road users (whether active or passive) rather lame. Pedestrian there are nowhere. All in all, not mega beautiful but functional.

Sound:
Very good and even nostalgic. Nice mix of rock sounds of classics as well as industrial bonds. Fits perfectly. The Motorengeräuche and crash effects form a beautiful picture. As the saying goes: How chalk and cheese, also when it comes to the sound here;)

Gameplay:
Almost nothing to complain about. Why also, Burnout is convenient easy to play but challenging to master. More can not be expected also. However gaaaaaaaaaaanz as fast as its predecessor, it is a not before - but still fast enough.

Motivation:
From fast 1st-place race, crash orgies, stunt challenges or collective tasks (advertising signs or abbreviations) everything is what can beat the racer's heart beat faster. Faster selection would have been nice for the open world is new but sometimes you just need a lot of time are new or the same event can be started. An innovation which would not need it but you can live with it. Arcade fans will eventually be rather annoying. So minus 1 point.

CONCLUSION:
Cute faster Racer Speed junkies but also motivated gamers who are more accustomed to open-world games. Criterion has tried to merge two fundamentally different worlds here and has the good though not always made clever. An accusation, this is not because you get here really a lot on offer for a small amount.
