This small and beautiful book of 25 recipes is adapted to mijot'cook (but perfectly adaptable to any other slow cooker), which is presented at the beginning of the book as well as techniques and tips for success casseroles. This book is very nice to see, beautiful pictures on the right pages together with their recipe pages left. The recipes (for 6 persons), all very tasty, are complemented advice, including accompanying drinks. At the end of the book, an alphabetical index by ingredient refers to the corresponding recipe. The book consists of the classics in the first section with 14 recipes "homegrown" (stew, coq au vin, Burgundian choucoutre, cassoulet, leg of 7:00, beef stew ....) and a Part 11 recipes of 'simmered elsewhere "(chili, curry, goulash, minestrone, osso bucco, tajine stew ...) This book is perfect for all those who are new to a slow cooker, but for all others as well. The recipes are very easy to perform and succeed (at least for the few tested recipes for the moment) For the price, this is definitely the book to have on hand that we can possibly complete a cookbook least "basic" as "meals in a slow cooker."
