I use the press for a couple of months. At first I had the problem that the meat from sticking in the mold. With water or grease it a little better. In my opinion, however, it works with clingfilm best. Just one layer freshness wrap lay loose in the press. The meat then falls out when turning almost by itself. The same piece of film can be used repeatedly. The patties are perfectly round and of uniform thickness (better than by hand). Tip: 150gr minced per Patty (salted and peppered) and freeze it. In the frozen state then in the pan or on the grill.
