for about a dozen pizza dough (300g flour Type 405 + 160 g water + 1/2 cube of yeast). However, I am careful with it and to have a feeling that I could knead the thing arbitrarily broken. The dough hook always writhe in agony in the dough and touch each other at times. But the thing kneads. I respect the possibility for adequate speed for the cooling. Otherwise, possibly early end ...! It is astonishing that the hand mixer from today nominally significantly more power (watts) than Mutters Krupps, but in the performance are far worse! More and more China and Kundenverar ...... Even my old Aldi Quirlchen kneaded brave as some pizza dough, until I was a little impatient and him not donated the required speed. I would buy the Siemens whisk yet again - provided that have not already cost-optimized him. There is also no choice ... more expensive things go like any broken, but here the damage is less ... By the way: Father Metabo hand drill had 370 watts, and so he has sawed the entire Slabs of our shell (bankrupt contractor) as table saw for firewood! So much just to give an idea of 350 watts.
