More psychological novel that thriller "Perfect" revolves around poisonous loves Joe, a young man quite unbalanced. Let us say right away, all the characters takes a sacred layer, which is not a healthy mind. So, I find it rather implausible, which spoils the atmosphere. Similarly, although Joe is a psychopath, he is friendly. It is even the only one to really be. Nothing impossible in there of course, but it is a little unsettling. The story connects the everyday situations where Joe is facing his fears of losing Beck, the woman of his dreams, and we can say it is doing everything possible so that it attaches to it. I thought it was a little long, a little repetitive ... and yet I could not let go of this novel before finishing. So my opinion is mixed and I'm fairly shared: Is this a good novel? It is not bad, far from it. But is it really good? No. Clearly not. I have not had the feeling of reading a thriller. There are no really disturbing scenes (and yet there are murders). No gore (that said, it is not necessarily useful), no real anguish. I had all along like reading a romance novel a little perverse, nothing more. There are a lot of dialogue is very much alive. However, after reaching the end, I know I do not reread. For over "thriller girly" than anything else ... like "50 shades of gray" who would impersonate the SM (I did not read it, we talked about it, I want to specify it). So in conclusion, although but it can happen to read this novel. Nothing to do with Sire Cédric or Graham Masterton for example.
