Me does not interest this Schmarren of new Windows operating systems, all of which have been programmed for computer games and unsuspecting users finger. I want a Windows that is written among other things for professional CAD programs such as "AutoCAD" for Microsoft "Office programs".
For this I need necessarily a startup screen like "WindowsXP", from where I can call these programs specifically. Tiles I need no, I want to be able to decide what I need and not senseless perplexity.
Sometimes I have the impression that these new Windows programmers want to damage the future of "Windows" aware and they have already made.
The only problem with "WindowsXP" is now the "Internet Explorer 8 from Microsoft", which is no longer run on the many new websites. Unfortunately.
Even my emails from my internet provider Telekom since about 2 weeks I can not retrieve my "Internet Explorer 8".
That's why I've installed Internet Explorer of Mozilla "Firefox" on my computer (with Windows XP) and lo and behold, everything runs like clockwork.
All new websites I can call any problem with "Firefox".
Even my emails from Telekom so I can retrieve and send emails, all without any problems.
The email box of Telekom is specifically for "FireFox" optimized.
Therefore, and the only reason I write this review, for all those who are still working with "Windows XP".
If you can retrieve all the data from the "InternetExplorer8" Microsoft when you install "Firefox", you can work with it as good and almost identical to the "InternetExplorer8" from Microsoft. I have additionally the Explorer of Mozilla "Firefox" installed on my "InternetExplorer8" and now I have two different Internet Explorer icons on my home screen.
"FireFox" can be registered easily as a standard Explorer when installing or afterwards (click on help).
"FireFox" is the best Internet Explorer.
I can continue to use with "Firefox" my good operating system "Windows XP Home" with Autocad ADT4.
So if you have installed "Windows XP", which can and should also remain something better, there are still not, but maybe next year.
