Frédéric Lert produced a compelling story, easy to read and well structured. The whole is apparently underpinned by solid documentation and some images illustrating the book are aptly chosen. The moods (fall of Saigon, ...) are well rendered, with empathy while describing the human tragedies that have been associated with it.
A warmly recommend, despite the sometimes sloppy spelling that spoils (some) pleasure. One wonders at times if the copy was reviewed before publication :-(.
