Have purchased the straighteners in December 2009. Worked almost always good - has been used only sporadically by my daughter (14 years). Nevertheless, after about 1 year, the coating slowly walked onto the ceramic. Was for me but not necessarily bad for the price. About 1 week before the part has then struck sparks and flames from the handle and head - fuse and FI are not kicked out in my house installation - therefore seems to be no short-circuit but material errors and design flaws. Have received all the seller. Insignificant answer to my notice that there is a material or design flaw ("extremely dangerous") and not replacement is required: I'm sorry that the device is defective aufweist.Generell you have 2 years warranty on electrical appliances. The manufacturer exchanges these devices in defect directly. If you do not have it 2 years, you can send it with a copy of the invoice to us and we would replace it immediately and send it to the manufacturer.
That means for me, it will be taken without further injury to the customers in buying, unless they happen outside the statutory warranty period. Now I have a purchased for about 60 of my daughter. So a cheap shit no longer comes into the house to me !!!
