The tablets were safely packed in a plastic box which is additionally airtight. The opening is not a problem here and the can can be easily re-closing. The design has been kept simple. All the important things have been stated on the label:

I suppose as described on the packaging, 3 tablets daily with plenty of water to me. Tasting I'm doing the tablets and hardly swallow I had by the small size so far no problems.
Since I the vitamin B12 - 1100 ug - Improved formula with methylcobalamin, folic acid, vitamin D3 - take 120 lozenges, I no longer feel so tired and worn out. Often I also had the problem that I was all day in a bad mood and totally unmotivated simply, this is me getting better.
This should help to many different things, such as:
- Listlessness
- Depression
- Burnout
- Lack of concentration
- Irritability
- Nervousness
- Slight anemia
- Permanent exhaustion
- And much more
Usually these almost 50 euros, which I personally find very high cost attached. For the current approximately 10.00 Euro I would me this after my pack is over, pick up immediately again.
