Story:
My take on the role of Bohemia Adam Raichl. In the intro you will involved in a serious car accident, and find yourself unexpectedly on a karbischen island again. You know neither where you are, even as you have got there. You are not alone on the island. In addition to Adam, there are 9 other lost souls on this godforsaken island. Each tells a similar story, that he had made a near-death experience and was then suddenly woke up on the island. Something does not seem to be having the island in order. Whenever the bell tower (the only noteworthy) proposes a third time, falling all the inhabitants into a deep sleep. Having lived through the worst nightmares, they found on the island again everything exactly as the previous day before. Only that the occupation of the inhabitants varies. Adam knows that staying would mean his death sentence. He does so because to explore the island and to seek a way out of this hopeless situation and to explore who and what is behind it ...
Gameplay:
So much for the story, exciting until the end. But unfortunately I had to play on a solution the most. Basically, you have only the simplest things like sticks, stones and grass with which you can puzzle. But I'm totally often failed because I oä stairs, stairways, paths. have overlooked, and therefore could not continue. The cursor indicates only minimal changes, so can be quickly overlooked something. Otherwise one runs about 70% the residents afterwards, because someone has found a tool (what Adam needs for a mystery), but this one is not in its container, but floating around somewhere on the island.
While the nightmares it is because first past the island idyll. You'll find yourself in the worst horror scenarios again that you can imagine. But nevertheless, they represent a welcome change in filthy island everyday and keep the suspense upright. Your loosens great mystery and fear for your skin. Is the nightmare over, it comes with new energy (energy bar !!) on the island further. The change between island and dream world makes the game very varied and thrilling!
Graphics & atmosphere:
The graphics are very close to photorealism. The rather unspectacular, Caribbean Island is represented maximum varied by different day and weather conditions. Also be aware of other perspectives and therefore different image sections are displayed, which then may be negatively reflected in the orientation.
On the whole, the atmosphere is waterproof and what the game exciting and mind.
Mystery:
In an ordinary adventure, it is like this: You have a problem and want to solve it. We search for and try. In reprobates, it is so: you collect everything you can get, combine what goes, and then put what you can do with it. A real red thread could be found rarely.
Conclusion: I liked it a lot of fun to stay in the game at the ball because it's incredibly exciting. But who is too good a game guide that reveals a who to just where has to run, to lay next to it, will eventually bite the keyboard !!
