The power strip I have chosen for my kitchen / Test-corner, where it was permanently mounted (with double sided tape) and for several weeks without any problems fulfilled its purpose. For my purpose to me a shorter cable would even have preferred, but the stable cable makes the bar of course for mobile / flexible use compatible.
What I want particularly to emphasize: I put on the bar to often when I use time other devices that plug can be a hassle and without unplugging and do not sit too loosely. In addition me the opportunity with the USB ports has become valuable because I thus save space on other outlets. And I can see the bar on holiday or in the absence (or as I like to just) off.
Here are the key points to invade PRO / contra / neutral to me:
(+) The connector can be problem-free (!) On / off plug, which is not far from many outlets of the case and especially for me the reason was an old / cheap power strip in which I replace the plug only "with the Hammer "pure pressed got.
(+) An on / off switch takes over the entire strip from the mains.
(+) 4 piece USB sockets are a relief, because here you can parallel connect Tablet / battery pack / Smartphone / Bluetooth devices, etc., and indeed without the need for an adapter, and especially one that's not blocked again a socket ,
(+) On the back side of the bar there is which can be used for wall mounting (hanging) 2 holes.
(+) Processing is very solid and does not look inferior.
NEUTRAL
(+/-) Cable is thick and connection to the bar does not look as if the same threat of a cable break, that is very stable. For the cable is rather thick and relatively count.
To illustrate some images, such as the bar looks like in action. Schick or subtly different, I mean because of the tangle of cables on the I but used to it ... I wish there a better solution that does not look like clutter from afar.
