Successful Comeback

Celine Dion is back. One of the most successful singers in the world lay with "Taking Chances" in November 2007 in front of their new album. Reason enough to evaluate the plate. 11. I can not fight the feelin '
Here you overdo it a bit with the Rockattitude that you want to impose themselves. "I can not fight the feelin '" is vocally again gelungen- but technically sound simply survive. Too clichéd. Simply does not fit with Celine Dion.
12. I got nothin 'left
Here R & B star Ne-Yo wrote a real Dion ballad. First, the title begins very subdued, then rises to a true masterpiece.
13. Right Next To The Right One
On this song you have to also get used. A hook that is a little too catchy and repeats itself constantly. But after some time the title exerts its effect and really charmed.
14. Fade away
Top! Here combines Celine Dion flawless pop with Rockelementen- not too much, but very real hit.
15 That's just the woman in me
A real highlight. It seems as if the voice made for this supersoulige ballad that you can settle in almost jazz area
16 Skies Of LA
In the regular version you could have done without this gap filler and prefer to select one of the bonus tracks. Reminds me of schmaltzy songs of the 90s ("The Colour Of My Love").

Conclusion: a successful comeback. However, it has thanks to songs like "Skies of LA" on a weak point and sounds partly willed rock. Nevertheless, thanks to titles like "My Love", "Eyes on You" or "Fade Away", the singer inspire their fans again.
