Jambo 2.0
As an emerging distributors we have to play the beginning little more than an empty stall and a tight start-up capital. Who knows Jambo will have found nothing in the above section, which is not already well known from its predecessor. That Asante despite basically the same game principle but something else is playing, is in the details. On the one hand the people and animal cards are completely redesigned and much less confrontational than in the previous edition. Cards that could selectively destroy the goods about the teammates and earlier care for frustrating moments, a thing of the past. On the other hand the game to the holy places was added a completely new element. Precisely those obtained whenever the player plays off an object. The places offer at a later time special bonuses that range from drawing a card until the exchange of goods.
Matured for almost 10 years
Gets in a game that after nearly 10 years still a (long-awaited) sequel to a conclusion almost superfluous. But since I have to do just nothing better I'll still write a few words.
Asante is a game whose rules are understood and internalized rapidly. At the same time a certain learning curve is undeniable, especially in the first few games you can barrow the private (market) quite go in the dirt. If the own level about early filled to the limit, you can, in the absence of demand Map, sit a long time on it. After a few business lines such problems, however, belong to the past. Then Asante is playing fast and elegant. Luck and strategy in compliance with pleasantly balanced, rarely a player has the feeling to be a chance. Just when nightcap after a long day meets Asante exactly strike the right balance between strategic decisions and comfortable game.
Jambo vs. Asante
A comparison between Jambo and Asante is difficult, but make both games are variants of the same system. If you did not like Jambo will probably not be thrilled by Asante, who, however, after nearly 10 years still estimates the predecessor Asante is hardly miss leave. However, anyone who is still uncertain, which is the better of the two versions just believe me: Both have their merits. Overall, I find something Asante round. On the one hand deliver Holy Places here compensate for powerful items. On the other hand, are frustrating moments, due to the somewhat less aggressive animal cards have become much rarer. This animal cards again allowing for a stronger and more aggressive Jambo interaction with the enemy, at Asante to play somewhat more often side by side. Moreover, I have no personally Asante additional market stalls, which I appreciated at Jambo.
Both games, however, provide much more content for such a small package, and so far I have never met a player who was disappointed with his purchase. Since both games are completely combined with one another will come with me in the future probably above all Asambo on the table.
