With Wii Fit + healthy diet + a little extra movement (swimming, etc.) I have lost 15 kilos in 10 months. Although this is only half of my excess weight, but I already feel much more comfortable. In addition, you get (despite being overweight) through the yoga poses a much better attitude, you feel more confident and that in turn increases the power and well-being.
I can say with me additionally that I have definitely taken off not only "water". The muscle is built up gradually, the skin becomes firmer etc ... So it's nonsense that Wii is when partially asserted fit does not help. It all depends on the right combination with other factors (adequate hydration, fat - and sugar-reduced balanced diet, regularity, later additional sports units outside the apartment).
My partner has already helped the work with WiiFit. He has back problems and through the regular exercise that has become even better. His weight has been significantly reduced.
However, we have not weighed every day, but once a week. Sometimes not longer. Then the positive surprise was all the greater.
Alternatively, Wii fit is of course also for children. Our two have a lot of fun at the balance - and aerobic games. Although the evaluation of the Wii Fit program may be in itself very hard and little suitable for children here. But the fun outweighs anyway.
Wii fit is highly recommended - especially for people with very high obesity. It comes only times as a little pure, accustomed to regular exercise and is motivated when you can see minor success on the Wii balance after a short time. So it's ideal for all people who are ashamed of their corpulence or can not go to the gym because it sports clothes often only up to size XXL are (no joke!)
If you have only once trained a few days, comes the need for healthy eating by itself. You do not want to make the small successes by Pizza mountains or cream cakes naught yes.
If you have then taken only once some trust you also get out and makes additional sports elsewhere (swimming, cycling, etc ...)
So Wii Fit is a great entry-level device. Only in existing diseases of the musculoskeletal system I would check with a physical therapist or doctor which exercises are suitable or not.
