The knife set is very high quality and visually appealing knife. The Small diameter is ideal for cutting fruit or vegetables. The Santoku knife at first I did not use them properly, now to use it but almost every day for cutting fruit and vegetables. The large blade is handy if you want to edit larger fruits.
