1 heaped teaspoon konjac flour and 100ml of cold water in the blender and then mix again to 300ml hot water and for a while then mix a few minutes then let swell mix again. It takes about 10 minutes until the flour is completely swollen and then mix again. Then 100ml cream pure and something sweetener and vanilla and cocoa powder (or easier zB.Da Vinci sugerfree syrup caramel or chocolate). And again mix so there are no lumps. with flavors everyone can experiment on your own
This results in a stunningly good pudding. ,
if there were 10 stars I would forgive 10. I live for 2 years low carb, have lost and kept 18 kilos and am overjoyed to be able to now eat warm chocolate pudding.
