Super Monitor with somewhat more complicated device

The monitor came today and I have it connected directly and was skeptical, as many have written that there is a black border around the monitor. This problem I had at first too! Despite driver installation, the problem has not been resolved. Googlen After 10 min. I had found my solution, however, the problem is caused by the graphics card. This has a Pre-set Altimeter at 1080p. The edge goes (with AMD graphics cards) away if you put the Overscanskallierung to 0%, then everything is razor sharp!

If anyone has a problem (in my example with Win 8 and AMD graphics card): Right click on the Desktop> Screen Resolution> Advanced Settings> AMD Catalyst Controller Center> Right in "Settings" button at the top of the Advanced Setup> in the left menu "My Digital Flat screens "> Select the tab" Skallierungsoption (Digital Flat Panel) "the regulator to draw 0% overscan. DONE!

The picture is otherwise really good! I work say in the media industry and has that even the options for color matching and the native color rendering are good, thus retouching are even quite possible. Who wants 100% color accuracy, but should, as always, take a sell as binding color monitor.

Stupid I find next to the driver only thing that the 27 "variant came with only a VGA cable (VGA to HD Who please use ???). I had but read the other reviews and therefore directly a low-priced HDMI cables ordered.

I bought this monitor on the Amazon Warehouse deal for only 164. The deficiencies described (supposedly some scratches) I could not find, or maybe you have to look with a magnifying glass ... I can monitor (especially for the price) So really only recommend it and say that the problem quickly with the edge of the screen fix can!
