Super pedestal fan - cable is too short

The fan was there in 2 days. He was packed in individual parts in a cardboard box. Frustration-Free Packaging.

Assembly:
The assembly is very easy. What's needed is not even die.

Opinion:
The pedestal fan is awesome. At level 1 it is already as strong as some others at the highest level. He is with us in the hallway ~ 7m away from the couch and there is still plenty of fresh air at (stage 1).
The rotor will vary a bit in operation but you hear nothing. I have often in the bedroom are at level 1. I need absolute peace and can still sleep well with the fan.
The fan ran now 1 week in continuous operation at all levels and to me so far is nothing noticed because of foul odors or irritating noises.
The only drawback is that too short power cord. That does not cost the earth and could be twice as long.
I would buy the fan again.
