Super smartphone, previously Iphone 4 and HTC ONE X

Had previously the Iphone 4 and then approximately 1 month, the HTC One X, but I'm just a step in a different direction gone. The One X was me then but a little too big, I wanted no more Iphone, after much deliberation, it was now the Galaxy Ace. 2

Crucial point for me.

+ Price / performance, super performance and all without QuadCore etc., everything is totally liquid "smooth"

+ Call quality !!! Simply top and very loud, this was, for example. the iPhone is not the case, there I had the 'volume up' button to stop ...

+ WLAN reception in the cellar (router on the 2nd floor), therefore very pleased, for example, abolished. not SGSII.

+ Size & weight, by the rounding is suuuper in hand, not as sharp as the iPhone and not as big as the ONE X

+ Processing very well (despite a minimal creaking in the camera), but I guess apparently true ('m about exactly) and does not disturb further

+ Battery replaceable, thus a second battery can now be reused.

At the moment the battery on day 2 (evening) will be charged. I did not quite match with the iPhone 4, the ONE X unfortunately that was not possible at all - therefore long been the best battery, of course, me a week endurance under full load would prefer; o)

+ Micro SD Slot

+ Display, very nice and sharp. And I had first concerns as the previous two displays were very sharp. This display also can keep my opinion, paper comes lt. Although not to the resolution of the two ran, but for me a razor-sharp beautiful 3.8 "display.

+ Good camera, both photos and videos. The videos I find even better than the One X, despite "only" 720p, but smooth and seamless.

+ LED on the back (for photos, video light, flashlight, etc.)

+ Folder not only the homescreen, but also in the main menu buildable (!!). I personally very important, thus I have ordered everything and do not need 1000 apps on your homescreen

+ Frontcam, for example. Skype, I was used to this, I naturally wanted to also again

+ Keyboard, myself seldom mistype and I can find nothing better or worse than the previous

+ Screenshot (Power and Home button at the same time)

+ Task Manager (press Home button pressed)

Therefore, I also miss no ICS since the relevant functions are controlled for me and I will probably not update with this performance (if even available). Speed ​​and battery are more important to me than ever to have necessarily the latest software.

I would not go into detail here, these are already in the other reviews, or tests. Just wanted to give my opinion of times, in my view, the Ace 2 has nothing to do with its predecessor and is a top smartphone in this price range, strong buy recommendation.

I'm still very happy with the smartphone and can recommend it without further ado, a few points. I want to talk yet.

Supposedly it is lt. Latest rumors give an update on JB, am still not sure if it is because as far as whether this will find its way to my Ace2 but. Everything is going to my satisfaction and I am afraid that no longer run through the update without "Background data" certain processes as ->

I noticed at S3, if you disable the background data, you can for example. Weather Widget not even manually (!!) update (= network error). When Ace2 it works flawlessly with no background data also Whats App etc., therefore I need the background data actually just for the Play Store and spare battery.

+ Battery is still very good. If "Background data" are disabled, I invite every 2nd day evening on (use per day: FB ~ 15min, Whats App ~ 10 messages and SMS ~ 20-30 messages and Internet ~ 20-40 min, mailsync all.... 4h, call ~ 1h, FM Radio ~ 1h, briefly in Play Store and browse else on the phone "play around" + some photos / video)). Launcher is still original, have indeed tried to GO Launcher, but enough for me the originals. In GO Launcher I realized that this gnawing something on the battery.

+ Not a single crash or "hang" remain
+ Call quality I would like to emphasize once more. No matter how loud it around me is (strong road traffic etc.), I hear my interlocutors always very good. The volume like with this phone, I have this meisst only to approximately 50% (if at all), which extends completely (for me)
+ FM Radio: Can I compare it to the S3 (I could test for 2 days) and works at Ace2 a lot better, I do not know why. On my way to work (go public), I had the S3 the most of the time a slight noise and short interruptions, this does not really exist at Ace 2. For this you can take the S3 Radio directly in FM, which is not the Ace2, I also need not necessarily.

~ What bothers me a bit. The camera takes a little longer until it triggers no comparison with more expensive devices. But it is clear it will cost "only" half. Unfortunately, sometimes go by precious moments where a fast camera is required (eg. With my children) lost, because I always have my camera there and because it would be convenient if the Ace2 triggers slightly faster or is ready for use.

~ Lockscreen: Would be perfect if there were here shortcuts (without ICS update, etc.), for example. up for the camera. Prefer not to download various apps lockscreen as these lt. Pull the Most data reviews pretty much at my battery.
~ Since I now the "SPlanner" know widget from S3, I want this on the Ace2, there is not but. Currently use the original cal. + Smooth widget Calendar widget.

- Video editing, and video editing: Use currently Vidtrim but is not exactly brilliant. Here I still lack a good solution
- Internal memory is now in short supply, although have a Micro SD, but I can not download large apps, Error since the internal memory is not enough. But clearly, there is no 500 phone, therefore you can not have everything.
