I decided after a lot of thinking for this device and am very happy with it. So makes ironing even almost fun!

While the water tank is not removable, but so great that I did not have to refill while ironing. The iron slides over the laundry, the steam is right and I am now twice as fast as before. The only drawback: When the water tank is not empty ironed, it's a bit awkward to empty the water again.

Otherwise, the device is recommended by all means!
