Now the problem: When a USB device is connected to the USB Hub works so far everything firstonce normal. Unfortunately, however, does the Hibernation no longer when a device is connected. Ie the iMac drives can be but then no longer wake in hibernation !! If you then turn off the USB hub (eg. On the new Power button) then the iMac wakes up again. If no device is connected to the USB hub, the iMac wakes up without problems from hibernation. Unfortunately, there is to date probably no firmware update for this device. I hope the anchor here soon may offer a solution.
Oh: the previous version ie the normal 4 Port USB 3.0 Hub without charging port and also anchor I have not above geschildertes problem on my iMac!

After I described the problem here, I also have the support anchor infomiert about which then has also taken the same contact me. Communication with the support is really vorbildich that you have to say at the point sometimes.
In short has herrausgetellt itself, which was ausgelifert my stroke with a wrong firmware. Anker told me then immediately kosteblos a new hub sent has arrived within 3 days. With this hub, I have all the above problems no longer that of the Hub works perfectly. Incidentally, I have both new hubs connected simultaneously so now the 4-port and 7-port version with both the charge port and in the new revised version of the flat.
From me now gibs full 5 stars also for the good service.
