Basically, am / I was very satisfied with the device. I scan a lot of documents in color with 600dpi directly into Evernote. The recognition of blank pages often works pretty well, but not always. I was surprised detected by the duplex function, the front as backside virtually simultaneously. Slightly oblique scanned documents are remarkably well corrected. 180 degrees, so "upside" scanned documents are on the other hand is not always correct, at least not on the front and back.
My C225 suddenly generated approximately 1 month usage black borders above, although the scan template (A4) is impeccable (smooth edges). Where to get support for the device? On the manufacturer's website support requests without a contract can not get rid of it apparently. Or can only return to the device, if you times not know what to do? I can hardly imagine, as this would be too expensive. I would also like to clean the unit time, there for a cleaning kit?
