Surprises again scratch (update)

I got the glass for my iPhone 6 plus 3 days ago. Previously, I had 2 different plastic protectors, but with whom I was not very happy, because the finger it was always a bit "braked". I am also disturbed the rough edges of the film - the iPhone was so beautiful around without them ...
So after a lot of thinking I afforded this glass. After showering (so that no more dust in the air is) I tried to bring the good thing to's display. What I now can well with the plastic films, was very difficult with the glass, because you can not turn it any. One must therefore "sit on" the entire surface of the top (maybe could help here a sucker!).
That was the same time wrong - by about 0.5mm I was too far to the right, you saw that the glass was in the bend of the phone display, and thus was the adhesive surface in the air - because dust had collected. It can hold the glass but good pick with fingernails and reposition. But then a small hair was lower (right in the display) - again, removed with forceps and again draufgesetzt. Then dust on the edges - again, clean and re-plan.
Despite (or through) the much repeated back and forth is still very fine dust included (many would not even see the but). Really happy I was with the process szs not -. That goes with lighter films.
Schön the glass itself is however already. In particular, the rounded edges are a dream. The finger popped almost on the surface - important and good for swiping and wiping keyboards a la "Swype".

Yesterday I placed the device for once with the screen down on a box (set, not cut, not pushed) and have since 3 scratches in the protective glass! I thought, this thing is super scratch resistant ??? According to the manufacturer Video you can even cut tomatoes on it and pierced with knives - I was happy for my part, if it would withstand dust in combination with the weight ...

positive:
+ (Update) SUPER customer service!
+ I love the rounded edges!
+ Smooth surface
+ Easy to remove (at least shortly after application)
+ No bubbles
+ Very accurately

negative:
- Scratches after only 3 days!
- Attracts when attaching the dust like a magnet to - many trapped dust!
- 100% precise attachment is very difficult
- Manual does not match the product (still do not know, should be good for what the enclosed "Vacuum membrane")

If the scratches are a little more, maybe I'll go either to a more expensive or to a cheaper product. In any case, I will but put again on round edges.
