As part of the warranty, the first device was replaced quickly, coffee grounds mud had blocked the machine despite regular cleaning and descaling. Coffee water flowed from the component shelf instead of the openings provided. This was repeated after a few months the new replacement unit, now also denied the grinder completely, we have disposed of the device as a Raparatur would become too expensive.
