I agree with my predecessor reviewers that Tomodachi Life (hereafter TL) certainly (like Animal Crossing New Leaf hereafter AcnL) is a system seller. I myself bought my Nintendo only because AcnL. Therefore, I have also feverishly TL (the strategy of Nintendo with newsletters and trailers worked for me!). I myself have my TL at 6:06. (Release date) downloaded shortly after midnight in the e-shop.
This review I am writing played 0:54 and 5 times after 2 days, Total Time 4:31, the average duration.
My rating:
+ Who likes AcnL, will probably find TL great,
+ You can start playing right away, everything is explained gradually good,
+ You must not only read, all will be well understood said (here an advantage for children compared to AcnL where only Animalesisch is spoken)
+ Certainly well suited for less experienced players
+ The places on the island are gradually unlocked, but you have direct evidence that is needed (for example, 2 male & 2 female residents, solved 30 problems;.. What then arises there, however, you do not know)
..
- A bit disturbing that the keys / buttons A and B are hardly involved, that everything has to be done with the stylus (A = B = next and back would have been nice)
Otherwise no further minuses.
For more information and advice:
One can Miis from the Mii Plaza integrate, but not directly. Those in which it has been approved, you have to push from the Mii Plaza to the Mii Maker, and then you can include the corresponding Mii into the game.
I think it's helpful for me to have all installed as a downloadable game. It's just a real-time game, and me, for example, would very nervous, always switch between AcnL and TL back and forth.
Attention: specify on integration of relationship necessarily this status! Otherwise it could happen that suddenly the brother in love with the sister or something. One can indeed prevent the addition, but then the characters are so sad (some might find that indeed funny, but).
Certainly, it is especially nice if you have to live Miis on the island, which correspond to a real person from the real world. But I personally think it's good too different, for example, with actors, celebrities and so on that you like, or even entirely fictitious characters from novels, films etc.
I do not think this game is suitable for children under 10 years (at least not for most). Overall, I would (also as AcnL) described as "child's play for adults". You can relax and get away from his prima everyday, a bit like a ideal world island utopia (like AcnL just yet but different).
Strong buy recommendation: five stars.
