The delivery was fairly quick. It lacked a sugar bowl, a milk jug for was too much. :) A cup had a slightly larger enclosure. On the e-mail was responded within 2 hours and it was promised the subsequent delivery. The Surplus milk jug we were allowed to keep and the subsequent delivery was very fast despite the holidays with us. We have the matching tableware (deep & shallow plates) and are very satisfied with it for everyday use. The coffee service, we have only ordered when after about 2 months the dishwasher suitability of the dish was safe with us. :) I am satisfied and would definitely buy when the seller something.
